01IT and systems consulting.
We assess your existing IT objectively: servers, networks, workstations, software and licences. You receive a clear evaluation with recommendations on what needs attention now and what can wait. We then support implementation, including coordination with your other service providers.
02Custom software development.
When standard software cannot support your workflows, we develop the missing pieces: from reporting tools and interfaces to complete specialist applications with databases. We build Windows and web applications, use version control and hand over the source code and documentation, so you remain independent.
03Systems maintenance and support.
We provide ongoing systems maintenance: updates, backups, monitoring, user administration and troubleshooting. We resolve smaller issues remotely, usually the same day. When on-site work is needed, we come to you. We agree the scope of support and availability in writing, so expectations are clear on both sides.
04Hardware built for your needs.
We build computers and systems around the demands of your work, rather than the limitations of a ready-made offer. We select each component, assemble and fully configure the equipment, and deliver it ready to use. You receive a complete system from one provider, including warranty coverage and ongoing support.
05Software and licences.
We procure the software you need and make sure its licensing matches how you use it. If required, we manage your licences and remind you when renewals are due.
